  • What are the standard terms and conditions?

  • What are the freight charges?

    The shopping cart freight calculator tries to calculate freight for your order based on weight, volume and your shipping address. You will need to input a valid shipping address for the calculator to work. If you have problems, or a special or large order please get in touch for us to try and help.

  • Delivery Times

    Once your payment clears we try to ship the next business day and all courier delivery’s within NZ should be recieved overnight (excluding RD and small islands). You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped and a courier tracking number if shipped by courier. The shopping cart freight calculator should also indicate the estimated shipping times.

  • Can I pick up my order?

    You are welcome to pick up your order in Christchurch, but ToolsNZ.com is an on-line based company and has no store. You will need to phone to make arrangements.

  • Can I see a product before I buy?

    ToolsNZ.com is an on-line based company and has no store, however you can phone to arrange a viewing of any products.

  • What if I place an order and I am not happy with the freight or other arrangements?

    Your on-line order is a request to order and not considered a binding commitment up to the point of payment. However if you are not happy with a freight estimate please contact us, or if you change you mind please get in touch. Your order may not be held for you indefinitely.

  • How do I pay?
    Direct Debit (preferred). You will be e-mailed bank transfer details after your order has been processed.
    Cash if picking up (must be arrange with us before picking up).
    By credit card (fees may apply)
